Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window:
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you need to return something after 30 days, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to help.
Return Eligibility:
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It is in its original packaging.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for used items, or custom-made products. Don’t forget to include your order details and proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, simply email us at hello@scrubsplus.com.au with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide you with all the instructions you need.
Return Request Email:
Before sending your purchase back, please drop us an email to begin the return process.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
- Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Final Sale Items:
All sales and discounted items are final and not eligible for refunds. However, in certain situations, we may accept returns and issue a store credit instead (excluding shipping costs).
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@scrubsplus.com.au.
Exchanges:
We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, email us at hello@scrubsplus.com.au for instructions. Exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping Costs:
To return a product, please mail it to the address we’ll provide via email at hello@scrubsplus.com.au. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Return to Sender:
If your parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, a return-to-sender fee will be applied. We will attempt to resend it at our expense, but failure to retrieve the parcel again will result in a refund minus the incurred shipping costs.
Defective Items:
If the product is damaged due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
International Returns:
For international orders, please note that return shipping costs and any import duties or taxes are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
